Both regular milk and organic ghee are known sources of healthy saturated fats, both of which are dairy-made products. Both dairy items can be used as a cooking fat, and although the differences, between Organic ghee Butter Vs. Regular butter, may seem like a small difference, when look at them both, you can easily find some major differences… Let’s take a closer look. To help you out, I’m also going to explain each item and their purpose within your diet!
So, what is organic ghee? Simply put, it is the by-product left over after processing organic milk and poultry. Ghee is usually removed from the raw meat and used to make a lubricant for various cooking utensils, as well as a seasoning for a wide range of foods such as ice cream, stews, sauces and salads. The term ghee is derived from the word “gate” and it is most commonly found in the United States, in the United Kingdom and in Australia. However, it is a very versatile ingredient, being used in a variety of recipes and varying its use depending on where the product came from.

When it comes to Organic ghee, it is made from the by-products that come from the cutting of the animals, including the blood and other tissue. Ghee is then removed from the by-products and dehydrated, making it into what is known as the liquid paraffin, which is then used in many cooking recipes. Ghee, or regular ghee as it is often called, is an excellent source of healthy saturated fats, due to its high level of monounsaturated fat content. It also has good antioxidant qualities and contains no lactose or dairy products. So, it is ideal for those who are lactose intolerant.

While organic ghee and organic milk are the same thing, they are sometimes sold under different names by various  manufacturers, especially in the US. Organic milk is also produced in the same way, from cow’s milk. There is no difference between organic ghee and organic milk, except that organic milk cannot be stored for long without losing some of its properties. This means that it should be stored in a cool dark place when not in use, or kept in a refrigerator. Many health food stores sell organic dairy products, which are similar to ghee.

You can buy organic ghee in three forms: as an oil supplement, a baking powder, or as a supplement for your diet. As a baking powder, it is used for bread making; it can also be added to recipes as a thickener. It is also available as a health food for those on restricted diets, such as vegans. It can also be purchased as a supplement for those small family farms in India, where cattle are raised on a natural farm.

Organic ghee is not made from organic milk or beef; instead it is created from organic ghee that comes from pastured cows fed on grass. The grass that the animals feed on ranges from alfalfa to oat straw depending on the time of year and the quality of the local soil. Pastured cows give organic ghee its better texture and nutty flavoring than beef cows, but it also is much cheaper. Organic ghee is perfect for cooking or baking.
