However, many sim card manufacturer are joining the bandwagon with innovations and technology advancements in SIM technology.

Current trends of eSIM cards technology
The current trends from eSIM card manufacturers and m2m SIM card providers are expected to make the technology more attractive for the users and network operators. The main reason behind this is that such technology will help device manufacturers and network operators to provide better service to their customers by streamlining activation and making deployment a seamless process.
eSIM technology would also make it possible for the network operators to eliminate different types of SIM cards and centralize the system. Moreover, some other aspects will help make eSIM card technology more lucrative in the future. For instance, the advent of IoT devices and the need for improving the user experience will help facilitate the technology.
