  • Social: Social wellness is imperative to keep our relationships healthy and joyous. It regulates the way we interact with others. This dimension involves building healthy, nurturing and supportive relationships and fostering a genuine connection with yourself and the people around you.
  • Spiritual: Spiritual wellness is connecting something greater than yourself and following a set of values, morals, and beliefs before acting/reacting over situations. This provides a sense of purpose and meaning. Spiritual wellness helps people create and enforce the potential of taking decisions and choices easily, and keeps them subtle, grounded and stable during periods of change.
  • Intellectual: Intellectual wellness is the creativity and mental growth of our minds that we use to develop in our school days. This is meant to expand our knowledge and skills, working past the various negative feelings and keeping those feelings at bay. Intellectual wellness helps to stimulate creativity and curiosity, which helps us to keep interacting more with the world around us. Curiosity helps us to be open to new things and new experiences.
